Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing & Handling

  • Our Commitment: We make every best effort to process and ship all orders within 72 hours of placement (excluding weekends and major holidays).
  • Tracking: As soon as your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Carrier Options:

  • USPS 
    • Currently we offer the option of two rates from USPS at checkout, USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail Express. All order over $100 qualify for free shipping. Great for P.O. Boxes, residential deliveries, and standard shipping.
  •  Local Handoff (free)
    • During Check out your address (within San Mateo County) provides customers the option to engage in Local Handoff Delivery, free of cost. Email support@firstinsport.com to arrange a date/time and location for your items to be dropped off. Great for customers who live and/or work in San Mateo County.

Please Note: While we do everything in our power to hand off your package to the carrier within our 72-hour window, actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal volumes.
